Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website tstarproducts.com and any wholesale, OEM, ODM or sample relationship you enter into with Guangzhou Xu Kai Mdt InfoTech Ltd. ("T-Star", "we", "our", "us"). By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

1. Wholesale Only

T-Star Products is a B2B manufacturer. Our prices, minimum order quantities ("MOQ") and terms apply to businesses, distributors, retailers and e-commerce sellers only. We do not sell directly to individual end consumers.

2. Quotations and Orders

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated, and are subject to written confirmation upon order placement.
• MOQ starts from 50 pieces per SKU for stock items and varies for OEM/ODM projects.
• Prices are quoted in USD ex-works (EXW) Guangzhou unless otherwise agreed (FOB, CIF, DDP available).
• Final order confirmation requires a signed Pro Forma Invoice (PI) and the agreed deposit.

3. Payment Terms

• Standard terms: 30% deposit on order, 70% balance against shipping documents (T/T) or against L/C at sight.
• For repeat customers and large orders, alternative terms may be negotiated.
• Payments are accepted in USD via wire transfer to the bank account specified on the Pro Forma Invoice. Other methods may be available on request.

4. Lead Time and Shipping

• Standard production lead time: 20–35 days after deposit and artwork confirmation.
• Sample lead time: 5–10 days.
• Shipping mode (air, sea, express) is the buyer's choice; we ship via the buyer's nominated forwarder or our logistics partner.
• Delivery times quoted are estimates. Force majeure events (port congestion, weather, pandemic-related delays) may extend lead times; we will keep you informed.

5. Quality Inspection and Warranty

• All goods are quality-inspected (AQL 2.5) prior to shipment. Buyers may appoint their own QC company at the buyer's cost.
• We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the bill of lading date.
• Claims for defective product must be filed within 30 days of receipt with photo/video evidence.
• Replacement or credit for defective items will be provided at our discretion. Liability is limited to the invoice value of the defective goods.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Customer-supplied artwork

For OEM/ODM and private-label projects, the customer warrants that they own the rights to all logos, brand names and artwork supplied to T-Star, and indemnifies T-Star against third-party IP claims arising from such artwork.

6.2 Our designs

T-Star's standard product designs, mold designs, and proprietary engineering documents remain our intellectual property. Use of our images, technical drawings or proprietary content from this Site without written permission is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep commercial information (pricing, quantities, designs, customer lists) confidential. Either party may request a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement before exchanging sensitive specifications.

8. Compliance and Certification

Our products carry CE, FCC, RoHS and (where applicable) Qi/Qi2 certifications for the standard variants offered. Custom OEM/ODM specifications may require additional certifications at the buyer's cost. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the product complies with the regulations of the destination market.

9. Use of This Website

By using tstarproducts.com you agree:

• Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or admin areas.
• Not to scrape, copy or republish our product images or descriptions without permission.
• Not to submit inquiry forms with false information or for spam purposes.

10. Disclaimer

Information on this Site (specifications, pricing, lead times) is provided in good faith and may be updated without notice. Final commitments are made only in writing via Pro Forma Invoice and order confirmation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, T-Star's total liability arising out of or relating to any order or use of this Site shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from cross-border sales contracts are subject to the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) unless excluded in writing. The parties shall first attempt good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) Guangzhou sub-commission, in English, with one arbitrator.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or placement of new orders after a revision constitutes acceptance.
